 YOUR ROLE

As an Inventory administrator, you will be looking after our clients (mostly healthcare and clinical) in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions from time to time.

As a keen communicator you will play a vital role in customer support and relations in the region, while optimising USL brands to be ahead of the curve.

Key responsibilities:

• Stock management of clinical stock – inventory management of product supply.
• Ordering products in line with clinic requirements.
• To deliver USL products to major clients in a timely manner.
• To unpack deliveries, and place them away as specified by the client.
• Identify and rectify common rep/customer/customer service/warehouse errors.

ABOUT YOU

• Relationship building and excellent communications skills
• Customer focus
• Full clear NZ drivers license and reliable transport is a MUST
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable and autonomous self-starter
