YOUR ROLE

As a key member of our dynamic Marketing Team, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders.  This Senior Marketing Specialist role covers everything from content strategy and campaign management to product marketing and tactical comms, as well as marketing support with tenders. In this varied role no two days are the same. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a collaborative and high-performing team.

 

Key responsibilities:


- Lead the development of the Hospital Care & Hospital Projects strategic channels growth plan to deliver towards the overall company goals.
- Build and execute the Hospital Care/Projects communication plans in NZ (+ support AU team lead) to deliver the financial goals, showcasing agility and building on performance through capturing and optimising learnings.
- Support on strategic projects where required across marketing and the Hospital Care/projects teams.
- Manage our communications to deliver maximised brand awareness – ensuring that we are building positive reputation through our activities. This will include the management of specific campaigns across:

  • Marketing communications activities, including our content strategy;
    Digital platforms, as well as the execution of online strategies and campaigns
  • Product marketing and supplier relationships
  • Events and tradeshows, PR and media relations
  • New product submissions and GTM plans

ABOUT YOU

We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing and communications. You will have at least 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications and experience across the full marketing mix including digital marketing, social media, above and below the line marketing, collateral development, social media, stakeholder and community engagement.

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Proven delivery of marketing plans, showcasing positive ROI  
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment 
  • Strong people skills, including proven relationship building and stakeholder management   
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines  
  • Digital savvy – experience in website development, social planning and execution, digital advertising, comfortable to use Hubspot, Canva, LinkedIn, Word Press or other similar applications
  • Citizen, permanent residency, or working visa (must have at least 14 months remaining)
