YOUR ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for managing the logistics, preparation, and distribution of orthopaedic loan sets. This role ensures that surgical instrument and implant sets are correctly assembled, dispatched, and returned in a timely manner, supporting hospitals and healthcare providers with high-quality service.
The main responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating the preparation, dispatch, and return of orthopaedic loan sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Tracking loan sets, instruments, and implants to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages or delays.
- Inspection, cleaning, and restocking of returned sets according to company and hospital sterilization standards.
- Organisation of shipping, delivery, and pick-up of loan sets, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled surgeries.
- Communication with hospital staff and sales teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be a reliable, organised and responsible person with great eye for detail and accuracy at work.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Desirable but not mandatory knowledge of surgical instruments, implants, and sterilization protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lift and handle medical equipment as needed.
