YOUR ROLE

As a key member of our dynamic and growing Auckland branch, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders.  This Branch Team Leader role will be overseeing all operational aspects of the Auckland branch including inbound, outbound, project delivery, production, inventory, customer service, service, human resources, and administration. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Optimise warehouse operations to ensure quality, inventory accuracy, performance and cost objectives are met.
  • Optimise and improve assembly/production area to fulfil all requirements of wheelchair clinic.
  • Provide leadership to the team, ensuring that the team is resourced to plan, has the skills and confidence to fulfil their roles safely.
  • Develop and improve warehouse layout and systems by analysing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Inventory/Stock Control: Managing the accurate flow of stock through the system. Carry out stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Responsibility for reporting and monitoring forecasts, targets, and budgets.
  • Forecast warehouse operations budgeting requirements and schedule associated expenditures.
  • Meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Employment Act 1992 as set out in Cubro’s policies and procedures.

ABOUT YOU

We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a solid leadership experience, outstanding communication skills, strong business experience and a can-do-attitude. Ideally, you will have 3 - 5 years of experience in inventory, production, Production, Service and Warehouse management. 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Current Full Driver’s licence
  • Forklift License
  • Experience Warehouse/ Logistics
  • LEAN methodology or similar
  • Supervisor/ Team Leader Experience
