YOUR ROLE
The purpose of this role is to ensure the integrity of supply chain systems and processes to meet internal and external expectations and provide support to the Supply Chain Manager to help Obex reach its vision of providing better clinical outcomes for NZ patients.
Part of your day-to-day will involve:
- Support supply chain systems and processes.
- Provide inventory analysis and reporting, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
- Manage purchase orders and supplier communications and maintain accurate product and supplier data.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate inventory, strong inventory mix management, and cost efficiency.
- Support demand planning activity and contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in a supply chain role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO and quality systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience with Promapp, Power BI, Netstock, and MYOB Exo is desirable.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is desirable.
