YOUR ROLE
With the full support of our leadership team, you will take supervision over the Mt Isa Branch, both sales and operation staff, ensure effective inventory control and drive a strong safety focus. Develop and maintain positive long-lasting relationship with customers and stakeholders, leading the Branch team.
You will look after operations plans to drive profitable growth in both a hands-on capacity and by optimising the performance of branch team.
Reporting to the Queensland Branch Manager, you will use your well-honed leadership skills to bring the team together, influence key people both inside and outside the business, and engage directly with prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with company policies and operational procedures
- Manage the inventory of safety equipment, lifting products, and related supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
- Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring that products are properly stored and handled, and that orders are processed quickly and accurately
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and customers

- MHE forklift license required or be prepared to obtain
