By creating a strong reputation of supporting our customers across the Aged Care, Primary, Hospital and Community, you will deliver profitable growth through the business, helping our customers to consolidate their product purchases, drive savings through their own organisations by providing collaborative solutions and to be the preferred choice for enhancing the quality of people's lives through improving patient and resident care with trusted products, supported by innovative and value creative outcomes.

Other responsibilities include:

  • New business development
  • Preparing and presenting reports to all major accounts
  • Construction of tender documents
  • Develop and maintain key senior level relationships within your account base

You’ll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at AMH, and the ability to influence and negotiate with our national corporate customers.  At AMH we all work together to support a common goal, so your strong understanding of selling products in a B2B environment, and communication and interpersonal skills will see you interacting effectively with all areas of the business to deliver a great experience and great outcomes for our customers.

You’ve already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous corporate account management roles, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally. You have a proven track record in developing new business, and a strong analytical and commercial background.


The other essentials we are looking for:

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Self-driven, resilient, and determined
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work and communicate across other departments in the business


It would be ideal if you also had:

  • Experience working in a wholesale distribution environment
  • Experience within the Healthcare sector advantageous but not essential
