YOUR ROLE
As a Retail/Trade Salesperson at PowerVac, you will be responsible for supporting customers in our showroom and handling internal and external inquiries via phone and email. You will be the go-to person for both retail and trade customers, helping them find the right products and providing an outstanding customer experience. In addition to sales support, you will manage stock levels, assist with transactions, and help maintain the showroom's presentation.
- Assist customers in the showroom with product advice and sales support.
- Handle phone and email inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Process transactions, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Work with the team to keep the showroom organized and customer-friendly.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail and trade clients.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in the cleaning supply industry. While 2 years of experience in retail, trade, or a related field is preferred, the most important qualities are a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, trade, or customer service roles.
- Industry experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
- A team player who is focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
