YOUR ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regulatory professional to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Quality and Regulatory Lead, this role is responsible for liaising with the wider Obex team and external suppliers to achieve required compliance and reliability outcomes for our product range, and creating and maintaining regulatory records. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your contribution and opinion are truly valued.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Coordinate all regulatory activities to ensure adherence to compliance related standards.
• Management of product incidents, recalls and adverse events to ensure satisfactory resolution for all stakeholders.
• Work closely with our suppliers to build good relationships and maintain common approach to Regulatory and Quality processes.
• Provide support and guidance to the broader business on regulatory compliance requirements.

ABOUT YOU

• Understanding of NZ medical device regulatory environment or experience working within a regulatory framework
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including CRM
