YOUR ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Fire Rescue Safety Australia as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in our Malaga WA office. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone & email in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the sales team with timely and accurate quotes
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for key emergency services contracts
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

ABOUT YOU
Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong communication and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. The other essentials we are looking for are:
- Highly motivated with confident and pleasant phone manner
- Ability to grasp technical product range and terminology
- Strong administrative capability and computer literacy
- High attention to detail & high-level multi-tasking
- Team-focused with a positive outlook, ready to learn and expand your skillset
- Eager to become an industry expert and support others on their professional journey
- Prior experience in customer service or administration
The following is advantageous but not essential:
- Prior experience with PRONTO
- Knowledge of emergency services industry and products
