YOUR ROLE
As a key member of our dynamic and growing Tauranga office, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders. This Sales Support role is focused on administration support to the external solution specialists/field sales representatives. Success in this role allows the rep on the road to have a complete daily schedule with a satisfactory number of joint visits.
Your primary responsibility will be:
- Arrange joint visits for the sales representatives.
- Appointments are booked, canceled, or rescheduled as required.
- Sales representatives’ schedules are organised in the most efficient way.
- Feedback is completed and linked against the client in CRM.
- Running and providing various reports where required.
- Coordinating and triaging sales representatives’ requests.
- Creating and tracking appros and appro returns, as well as assisting with follow-ups on them.
- Assisting with the organisation of Community Care events.
ABOUT YOU
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with advanced computer skills, outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, multitasking and organisational skills paired with a can-do-attitude. Ideally, you have experience in Customer Service, Sales Support and/or a similar role.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Microsoft Suite or other similar computer software skills
- Skills in the use of ERP, scheduling applications, and/or CRM database systems
- Able to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical abilities
