 YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Sales Support team member to join our Auckland-based Consumer Division. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play an important part in supporting our sales and brand activities across the division. 

Working closely with the Business Manager and Sales Manager, your role will focus on administrative coordination, preparing presentations and sales reports, supporting promotional planning, and assisting with key customer documentation. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to a fun and productive team culture. 

 Key responsibilities:

  • Admin support for major customers and groups, assisting with documentation, reporting, and reviews, making sure all coordination and documentation is completed.
  • Assist with presentation development for new submissions, category reviews, and key account meetings.
  • Organise and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with the development of promotional materials, sales sheets, and training documents for internal and external use.

 

ABOUT YOU

You thrive in a support role where your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks makes a real difference. You’re positive, proactive, and comfortable working across different teams and systems. 

You have an analytical mind, strong Excel skills and are confident working with data—able to interpret information and relate it to business needs. You’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, timely support. You're open to learning and growing, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.  

 

  • Previous administrative experience in a sales, marketing, or consumer products environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Competent in a variety of administrative tasks & data analytics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Customer service and sales orientation.
  • Ability to work with pace and accuracy.
