YOUR ROLE

Being based in our Dandenong South office, you will facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Atlas McNeil Healthcare customers.

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Provide information about our products and services
• Professionally and courteously satisfy incoming calls
• Process incoming orders and payment transactions
• Support and assistance to the greater Atlas McNeil Healthcare Customer Service Team as required

ABOUT YOU

You'll be energetic and self motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. In order to succeed in this role you will need strong communication and customer service skills and ability to problem solve.

The other essentials we are looking for:

• Experience in a customer service environment desirable
• Experience with the NDIS, aged care, continence education, wound care and nutrition desirable
• Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is benficial
• Well developed computer skills in Microsoft office with moderate to advanced skills in excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in professional communication skills both written and verbal
• A passion for customer satisfaction
