YOUR ROLE
This role supports the smooth and accurate execution of purchasing and product costing processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity across systems and supporting the wider Supply Chain team with day-to-day coordination activities, helping Obex deliver better clinical outcomes for NZ patients.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting product costing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Managing purchase orders, supplier communications and maintaining accurate product and supplier data.
- Providing inventory analysis and reporting, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure accurate inventory, strong inventory mix management, and cost efficiency.
- Supporting demand planning activity and contributing to supply chain improvement initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to purchasing, costing, or supply chain is desirable.
- Experience with Power BI, Netstock, MYOB Exo, and working with quality systems or documented processes is desirable.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is desirable.
