YOUR ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Mackay.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse. You will lead from the front, support safe and efficient operations, drive team performance, and ensure the site is operating in line with Bunzl policies and procedures.
You will also play a key role in building a positive team environment, maintaining service standards, and helping your team deliver the right products to the right customers on time, every time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency
- Leading, motivating and supporting the warehouse team on site
- Driving performance, engagement and accountability across the team
- Ensuring compliance with Bunzl policies, procedures and safety standards
- Coordinating workflow and resources to meet operational requirements
- Supporting a strong customer-first culture through high service standards
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to keep operations moving while bringing the team with you. You can organise work, set expectations, and create a positive, high-performing environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to organise people and workflow
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Confidence directing work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and service delivery
