Your Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and servicing our extensive range of cleaning equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients. You will be hands-on in troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting regular maintenance checks, all while providing exceptional service and technical advice to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of cleaning equipment.
- Conducting installations and ensuring that equipment operates according to our high standards.
- Training and advising clients on the proper use and upkeep of their equipment.
- Managing inventory of parts and supplies, and preparing service reports.
About You
You are a proactive, technically skilled individual who thrives in both independent and team settings. With a solid background in equipment maintenance, preferably in cleaning or related industries, you are ready to take on a role that requires both precision and initiative. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively will be key to excelling in this position.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Physical fitness, capable of handling medium to heavy lifting during equipment installation and maintenance.
