As the Branch Manager at Yatala Branch Bunzl Safety & Lifting, you will lead the branch’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers strong operational, safety, customer service and financial outcomes. This hands-on role combines time with the operations team and field technicians with planning, forecasting and reporting in the office. You will oversee inventory and stock control, dispatch, invoicing and delivery performance, while fostering a can-do attitude and growth mindset across the team.

Manage branch budgets, forecasting and P&L reporting, while overseeing dispatch, invoicing and delivery performance to ensure customers receive their orders in full and on time.
As the ideal candidate, you are a practical, hands-on leader with experience managing branch, warehouse or operational teams. You are equally comfortable planning and reporting in the office, supporting the team in the warehouse and visiting field technicians on-site. You bring a can-do attitude, a growth mindset and the confidence to take ownership of branch performance.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing an operational, warehouse or branch-based team, with the ability to motivate employees, manage performance and foster a positive, accountable culture.
