YOUR ROLE
Based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering cleaning products to MCS customers across Melbourne safely, efficiently and professionally.
This is more than simply getting from A to B. You'll be an important point of contact for our customers and will also support the warehouse team when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Load and organise the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
- Deliver customer orders accurately and on time across Melbourne
- Provide professional and friendly service when dealing with customers
- Follow customer site requirements when completing deliveries
- Assist the warehouse team with day-to-day activities when required
- Follow MCS safety procedures and safe working practices
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional company vehicle
- Coordinate servicing and maintenance requirements for the vehicle
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery and operational processes
- Work closely with the warehouse and broader MCS team to keep daily operations running smoothly
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone reliable, organised and customer focused who takes pride in doing the job properly.
You'll bring:
- A current full driver's licence
- Confidence driving a manual vehicle
- A current Victorian Police Check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- A punctual, reliable and positive approach to work
- The ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
- A willingness to provide hands-on support within the warehouse
- The ability to work efficiently when things get busy
- A professional presentation and approach when representing MCS
