YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will:

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Receive incoming stock and check goods against paperwork
• Load and unload vehicles safely using forklifts and equipment
• Support customers over the phone and process orders into the system
• Release online orders and provide timely customer updates
• Maintain accurate paperwork, stock records and customer notes
• Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse housekeeping
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report defects promptly
• Work safely and follow Bunzl WHS, CoR and site procedures
• Support the wider branch with peak-period and general duties as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will bring:

• Warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
• A current LF Forklift Licence
• Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• A proactive approach and willingness to pitch in where needed

It would also be advantageous if you have:

• Customer service experience in a branch or warehouse setting
• Certificate III in Warehousing
• Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
• An LO Store Picker Licence
• Experience with RF scanning, voice picking or pick-to-light systems
