YOUR ROLE
As the Field Technical Officer (FTO) Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate our FTO and VMS teams to ensure safe, efficient and compliant field operations across customer sites.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily field operations and team allocation
- Driving safety compliance and conducting site audits
- Monitoring quality of work and implementing corrective actions
- Leading onboarding, training and performance development
- Investigating incidents and managing risk mitigation
- Maintaining accurate reporting and compliance documentation
- Acting as the key client liaison for field service delivery
- Coordinating with Branch, Operations and Technical teams
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced field-based supervisor who understands safety, compliance and service delivery. You lead with clarity, hold standards high and support your team to perform.
You will bring:
- Proven experience supervising technical field teams
- Strong knowledge of safety and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting audits and incident investigations
- Solid technical understanding of lifting or industrial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and structured reporting ability
