YOUR ROLE
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity that combines Internal Sales and Sales Support responsibilities. Based at our Jandakot, WA office, this role is ideal for an experienced internal sales professional or someone eager to begin a career in internal account management and sales support. In this dual-focused position, you will:
- Responsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within an allocated internal territory.
- Manage monthly outbound call cycle to existing customers ensuring consistent digital/telephone calls and lead qualification.
- Actively manage and grow existing accounts, across hospitality, healthcare, P&I and FM sectors.
- Collaborate with suppliers to build strong working relationships, expand product knowledge, and deliver exceptional support to our customers.
- Use your analytical skills to monitor sales and margin trends, identify opportunities, and enhance the customer experience through tailored solutions.
- Provide effective administrative support to the sales team, assisting with day-to-day sales support functions.
ABOUT YOU
You are an enthusiastic professional, keen to build a career balancing sales support and internal sales. Your attributes include:

- Computer proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and CRM software preferable.
