YOUR ROLE

As the Corporate Account Manager - Healthcare at Bunzl you will be part of our corporate healthcare team reporting to & supported by the Sector Manager for Healthcare, you'll stand at the forefront of our commitment to the Aged Care and Hospital sectors.

You'll play a pivotal role in increasing Bunzl market presence, harnessing the benefits of our Healthcare programmes to prospective and existing customers. Partnering with our local account management team, you'll ensure smooth account implementations and sustained quality management from our sales teams. While your overarching goal will be profitability growth within your account portfolio, you'll also serve as the primary bridge to nurture key senior-level relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Corporate/Key Accounts: Fostering strong relationships and  driving new business within both existing and new customer bases.
  • Strategic Reporting: Preparing and presenting detailed reports to all major accounts, showcasing insights and opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining vital relationships at the senior level within your account domain.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the local account management team to ensure the seamless operation and success of implemented accounts.

You’ve fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous strategic account management roles in a B2B environment, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally. Always searching for ways to challenge the status quo and a strong analytical and commercial background in reviewing major customers.

 The essentials we are looking for are:

  • Experience in dealing with national corporate customers
  • Desirable experience within the hospital and/or aged care sector
  • Ideally, relationships with key manufacturers of healthcare related products and services

It would be ideal if you also had:

  • Qualifications – Degree in Business, Commerce, Industry specific
  • Business Acumen – Exposure within a complex selling environment with multiple categories, clients, and suppliers
  • Proactiveness – have the confidence to work autonomously as well as part of the team
  • Ambition – Deliver results above expectation and drive your own path to our leadership team
