YOUR ROLE:
Are you passionate about healthcare and driven to make a positive impact in the medical industry? Join our team as a Full Time Product Specialist at USL Medical, a leading provider of medical products and services. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in promoting our represented agencies and USL with a focus on DHB's and Private Surgical Hospitals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promotion and Sales: Ethically and professionally promote our represented agencies and USL products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and implement sales plans for designated market segments, ensuring alignment with approved business strategies.
- Territory Management: Manage a national territory, primarily focused on DHB's and Private Surgical Hospitals in Auckland, with some involvement in private medical markets.
- Performance Metrics: Be accountable for meeting quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including sales and profit targets, time and territory planning, call rates, customer satisfaction, and more.
- Problem Solving: Navigate complex customer relations, internal issues, and business challenges creatively and effectively within your territory.
- Client Relationship: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with USL Medical and our specified agencies.
- Quality Management: Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our Quality Management System as outlined in the Quality Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of broad-based experience within a health environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent human relations and communication skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Customer Focus: Excellent understanding of customer relations and the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Results-Driven: Outcome-focused and results-driven.
- Professionalism: A professional, honest, friendly, and confident manner with a high level of integrity.
- Expertise: The ability to bring and apply expertise in a business or clinical area to the company and the client base.
Desired Requirements:
- Clinical Qualifications: Clinical qualifications such as a nursing degree.
- Health Industry Experience: Experience in the health industry.
- Formal Education: Formal education qualifications and experience.
