We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Warehouse Team Leader – Receivals at our Dandenong South Branch.

YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you would be responsible to ensure that all stock received is accurately inspected and in a conforming and acceptable condition as well as all warehouse staff are aware of relevant safety procedures and that continuous reinforcement occurs.  You will maintain company service levels both internally and externally.

As a leader in our business, you will also be responsible for the motivation, engagement, performance, and retention of your team.

Main responsibilities will include, but not limited:

  • Ensuring Receiving accuracy and rate (as set in agreement between you and Supervisor/Manager)
  • Looking after team performance (including managing days of sick, productivity, errors and number of lost time injuries)
  • Timeslotting
  • Container Unloading & labour planning

OUR IDEAL PERSON

  • A valid Forklift Licence and high reach experience are essential
  • Stock picker license is preferable
  • Good computer skills, including MS Excel
  • RF experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Time management
