As a key player in our Field Inspection Team, the safe working environment of our customers’ employees is in your hands. You will be responsible for periodic on-site and in-the-field inspections and testing of Lifting, Rigging and Height Safety gear, be able to provide technical advice and quote on customer goods for repair. Your role will focus on keeping equipment operational and compliant to ensure customer safety and productivity in their various industries, and by providing regular training and inductions for new employees within the company, will ensure that everyone is putting safety first.
We hope that you like travelling, as there may be quite a bit involved (depending on the region), and we recognise this with living-away-from-home allowances and the provision of FTMC/Tablet/mobile phone. You are mechanically minded, tech savvy, disciplined and a quick learner who can think on their feet. As you will be working a flexible schedule, a willingness to work outside normal business hours is a must.
The essentials we are looking for are:
- An open/valid driver’s licence
- Computer literacy
It would be ideal if you had:
- Riggers or Doggers cert/licence
- Mechanical or any trade background
- Experience in a field service orientated role within the mining, construction or engineering sectors
- Year 12 certificate
