As one of the front-line people in our Bunzl Australia and New Zealand business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities include processing customer orders and efficiently responding to any queries, developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, expedite back orders and communicate status to relevant stakeholders, and maintaining and updating account details. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself to other areas of the business.

Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking.
The other essentials we are looking for are:
- A minimum of High School Diploma
- Customer service experience in an office-based or tele-sales environment
It would also be ideal if you had:
- Cert III in Customer Service
- Experience within Healthcare, Hospitality, Safety or Industrial Products (not essential)
