YOUR ROLE

As the Customer Service manager, you will coordinate the efforts of the team to provide our customers and suppliers with a high level of service within the agreed SLA’s.  You’ll be required to monitor, motivate, and improve the team skills and effectiveness in the delivery of target quality service to our customers, and achievement of the team’s objectives for sales, margin, order size and contribution to general branch profitability.

 

Your role is vital in ensuring we are delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team and other areas of the business.

 

Other tasks would include:

  • Entering and processing orders
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services.

Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.

 

The other essentials we are looking for are:

  • A minimum of High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in a call centre is desirable
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Analytical and organised approach
