You will deliver profitable growth for the business, helping internal and external customers to consolidate product purchases from our main brand. Working closely to our Category team, you will leverage the current success of the brands to identify business opportunities targeting major customers via a range of distribution partners.

With the full support of our leadership team, you will take ownership of your own business by driving sales, marketing, and defining a strong market strategy approach across both new and existing customers.
You will work with some of our most popular brands, such as Kwikmaster, Pristine and our eco-friendly food service products brand, Sustain.
During your first months on this role, you’ll strengthen the relationship with our Bunzl Account Managers to identify sales opportunities and limitations of the current sales processes. You will apply your knowledge and experience to build a strong portfolio of brands, driving profitability and market share with the support from our sales and category teams.

You’ve fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous strategic business development roles in a B2B environment, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally.
You are commercially astute, can work at fast pace, whilst developing strategy for long term success. You are willing to challenge the status quo using your proven track record in results to drive sustainable change and growth. You will use your strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to influence outcomes locally to drive the strong projected growth we foresee in this brand.
The essentials we are looking for are:
- Extensive and consolidated experience on growing brands
- Experience in dealing with internal customers
- Hungriness for achieving outstanding results in a short period
- Proven track record in developing a go to market strategy with multiple channels
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, external and internal
- Business Acumen - Exposure within a complex selling environment with multiple categories, clients and suppliers
- Proactiveness - have the confidence to work autonomously as well as part of the team
