Reporting to the Manager – Business Development & Projects, your main purpose is to support the growth and development of the project and equipment team by providing purchasing, project and administrative support. You will work closely with our customer service and procurement team, as well as Corporate Sales Support, the Business Development Managers and their respective customer base.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the purchasing of commercial equipment and understand the broader buying cycle in other projects
  • Prepare various reports as required, including supplier updates and backorder reports
  • Create and implement project review and action template and the opportunities for improvement
  • Working with the project/equipment team on timelines and ensuring delivery deadlines are met

The other essentials we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in purchasing is essential
  • Prior experience in preparing backorder reports is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to work with pace and accuracy, but also adaptable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders


The following is preferred, but not essential:

  • Prior experience in an office-based customer service/sales support role
  • Ability to survey processes and identify areas for improvement
