As one of the front-line people in our Healthcare sector in the medical, continence and wound care space, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers. This is a customer service role but also includes some sales support responsibilities.
Part of your day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself and other areas of the business.
This role is office-bound and is quite autonomous, where you will be given certain tasks and work with other members of the customer service and sales team. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager and join a supportive and friendly team.

You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. Reliable and enthusiastic, your excellent people skills enable you to negotiate win-win outcomes within timeframes and expectations.
Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.
The other essentials we are looking for are:
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Computer literate and competent in Excel
- Background or prior experience in Pharmacy would be an advantage
- Experience with data entry is preferred
