As part of the Bunzl Group, Bunzl Safety is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business, specialising in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded products, including Mack footwear, WS clothing, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B-Safe height safety, onsite services, and Frontier personal protective equipment.
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager and Head of Marketing you will be responsible for maintaining our website by using our ordering system software and CMS system, building website customisations for large account customers and assist with developing digital marketing and social media campaigns and maintain our email database to drive online sales.
You will be responsible for data & image collection for the uploading of new products and liaising with internal category managers and external suppliers. You will also ensure pricing and product updates are done via Excel and our CMS platform.
Your ability to help resolve customer eCommerce concerns and respond to generic eCommerce queries from internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free eCommerce experience for our customers is essential.
The role is highly versatile - encompassing eCommerce maintenance, customer service, technical problem-solving, and digital marketing support and would suit someone who is a self-starter and is always looking for opportunities to grow and help make our websites the best that they can be.
You are passionate about all things marketing, eCommerce, online shopping and have experience working in an eCommerce or digital marketing role. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills, hunger to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team are all vital to ensure your success in this position.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- eCommerce (online shopping) passion
- Some experience with an order processing/purchasing system
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with a website Content Management System (CMS)
- Some experience with an Email Marketing platform and database such as Mailchimp
- A proficiency for learning new technology quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written grammar, and communication skills
- The ability to think laterally and creatively problem-solve
- Fluency in English is an essential requirement.
It would be great if you had:
- Degree in Business or Marketing
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Email marketing experience
- Social media marketing experience
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce
