You will work with a dynamic and experienced Sales team who are friendly and supportive. Taking ownership of your territory (Brisbane and Southern Suburbs), you will introduce and promote new and existing continence and medical consumable products, develop and apply customer-specific strategies, and provide support and customer training in areas of continence, wound care and medical consumables to ultimately deliver profitable success in the Aged Care / Healthcare sector.
This role will call upon your passion for clinical excellence and your ability to maintain multi-tiered relationships with internal and external customers. You are an independent self-starter, who enjoys working autonomously. You’ll possess excellent organisational and time management skills and be confident and effective in both verbal and written communication. You’ll have well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to maintain multi-tiered relationships with key stakeholders.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- Background in Aged Care or Healthcare
- Background in Wound Care or Medical consumables
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and solutions-oriented
- Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
- Valid driver’s licence
The following is desirable but not essential:
- Nursing or Aged Care qualification
- Strong administrative ability in maintaining accurate records within a CRM system
