As an Account Manager, you will  assist in delivering profitable growth through the business, helping our customers to consolidate their product purchases, drive savings through their own organisations by providing collaborative solutions, and to maintain the quality of products and service for our large customer base.

With the full support of our management and sales teams, you will take full ownership of your territory, servicing both new and existing customers. Driving your role like it’s your own business, your hunger to build exceptional relationships will guarantee that business strategies and targets are set up to succeed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must; prior experience in Account Management is not essential but you must possess an enthusiasm and passion for developing a Sales career.

The essentials we are looking for:

  • VCE completion or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Previous experience in Sales (retail or other form of counter sales).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ambitious and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

The following would be ideal, but is not essential:

  • Prior experience in Business to Consumer.
  • Experience working in a wholesale distribution environment.
  • Experience within the Safety/PPE/Workwear sector selling products and service solutions.
