YOUR ROLE
As the Branch Supervisor at Bunzl Safety & Lifting, you play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager by ensuring the branch operates smoothly and efficiently. In this multifaceted role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are essential to the branch's success, including overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Manage inventory and resources to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support and develop staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership.
- Foster customer service excellence, managing key accounts, and resolving issues swiftly.
