We are currently searching for a Contracts Administrator to support our Contracts and Tenders team at our Erskine Park Branch.
Reporting to the National Contracts Manager, this is a Full Time, Permanent position in which you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate collation of tender documents. You will be responsible for administering the tender and contracts register, updating reports, facilitating communication with internal stakeholders and providing general administrative support to the Contracts, Tenders and Sales teams.
You will join a small, friendly team, led by an experienced and trusting leader who will offer you guidance and support as you begin your career.

You’ll have sound computer skills with a exceptional understanding of the MS Office suite.
You’ll be part of a high performing team and contribute to facilitating the successful tender of contracts and business opportunities. Your attention-to-detail and time management skills will be critical to your success in this role.
The essentials we are looking for are:
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Great written and verbal skills
It would be ideal if you also had:
- Understanding of the Tender Process
- Previous experience in an administration or Customer Facing role would be favourable.
- Knowledge of the Safety Industry
