You will continue to uphold the company’s strong reputation of enhancing quality of life, through improving patient and resident care with trusted products, supported by innovative and value creative outcomes. This includes delivering organic profitable growth through the business, helping our customers to consolidate their product purchases, drive savings through their own organisations by providing collaborative solutions, and to maintain the quality of products and service for our customers across the Aged Care, Healthcare and Hospitals sectors.
With the full support of our management and sales teams, you will take full ownership of your territory, servicing both new and existing customers. Driving your role like it’s your own business, your hunger to build exceptional relationships will guarantee that business strategies and targets are set up to succeed.
You’ll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl, and the ability to influence and negotiate with our customers. At Bunzl we all work together to support a common goal, so your strong understanding of selling products in a B2B environment, and organisational and communication skills will see you interacting effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes for our customers.
You’ve already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous account management roles and B2B environments, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally. You have a proven track record in developing new business, and a strong analytical and commercial background in reviewing customers.
The other essentials we are looking for are:
- Year 12 education (minimum)
- Experience in Account Management in Aged Care or Healthcare
- Background in Aged Care, Healthcare or Hospital
- Current drivers’ licence
- Excellent time management
- Technology adept
