As one of the front-line people in our Interpath services business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Some of your day-to-day duties will involve receiving and processing sales orders, responding to customer enquiries, and actioning inbound calls regarding delivery, requests and credit notes. You will have the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction by servicing their needs efficiently, accurately and timely through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. Ensuring communication flows between the Customer Service team and other areas of the business is also a key deliverable.

Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list. And it would be a great advantage if you have experience within Healthcare too.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

  • A minimum of High School Diploma
  • Exceptional communication skills with a ‘go-getter’ attitude
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology savvy individual with experience computer literacy/accuracy


It would be ideal if you also had:

  • Cert III in Customer Service
  • Background in Healthcare or Medical industry, particularly in Sales
  • Prior knowledge in ERP systems
