Responsibilities for this position include ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands, reaching inventory level targets, accurately maintain all documentation, and building strong supplier relationships. Your role is vital in delivering efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions.

You’ll be energetic, self-driven and motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. Reliable and enthusiastic, your time management and attention to detail will ensure great outcomes within timeframes and expectations.
Having worked in a Purchasing / Inventory role, you will already have strong time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, amazing customer service, and natural ability to manage internal / external stakeholder relationships at all levels are also on your check list.
The other essentials we are looking for are:
- A minimum of High School Diploma
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication
It would be ideal if you also had:
- A background in FMCG or Imports
- System 21 knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite
