Interpath Services are a market leader in the Australian Scientific Industry, specialising in the sale and distribution of Life Science Consumables for the Pathology, Hospital, Medical Research and Scientific markets.
Right now, we have an exciting full time opportunity for a Customer Service Officer, who displays great enthusiasm, a positive attitude and has a customer centric focus to join our team in Heidelberg.
This role offers you an opportunity to utilise all your current experience in Order processing and invoicing, receiving incoming sales enquires and providing production information to customers, processing credit notes, replacement goods requests, standing and back orders, and arranging samples for Sales Representatives and Customers. You will help maintain key internal and external business relationships.

OUR IDEAL PERSON
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience in customer service within a sales-orientated business in an office-warehouse environment and possess strong analytical and numerical skills, Your experience with order entry / invoicing systems and high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office will set you up for success.
Your Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills will help win the hearts, minds and trust of your key stakeholders.
