What you will be delivering
As the Country Manager NZ, you will be responsible for developing New Zealand’s’ business strategy and ensuring we meet our commitments while working with the Managing Director NZ on growth opportunities.
You will drive our revenue and profitability objectives by collaborating with stakeholders from across the business.
You will provide leadership and consultative advice to the Sales Managers and their direct teams, to help deliver and execute sales and margin growth objectives for their specific regions.
You will work with the Sales Managers to develop sales targets by region and Branch and providing coaching when required to develop strategies to achieve such targets.
You will work with the Operations Management team in Auckland and Christchurch to ensure all operational activities are delivered in line with region specific requirements.

Your demonstrated Sales Leadership, Financial Acumen and Operational Understanding will be key to your success. You will be required to have a tertiary qualification with 5 – 7 years’ of experience with in a Senior Sales or Operational Role.
