Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our diverse Hospitality Sales Team at our Enfield Branch.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver improved revenue growth and margin across the Hospitality sector using creative strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our highly talented sales team in order to drive profitable growth throughout the region.
You will play a key role within Bunzl Australasia's largest Branch, joining a leadership team who lead-by-example and who thrive on sharing their knowledge and experience in order to see their team grow and develop. You will also join the Hospitality sector leadership team, presenting further opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver a variety of significant business outcomes.

OUR IDEAL PERSON
You have a successful track record in business-to-business sales leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop key sales staff in order to maximise performance and sales growth.
Your ability to develop and implement strategic plans designed to increase market penetration and gross margin will see you build value for the organisation.
Exposure to sales in the hospitality, cleaning and hygiene, healthcare and government, or safety industries is highly desirable, however, other industries where you have had to work with consumable products from initial product cost to customer pricing will be valuable.
You have strong relationship management and people management skills, proven success in creating an enthusiastic and successful sales team, well-honed communication skills, a sense of urgency, a commitment to high levels of customer service and the desire to excel at what you do.
